3. Before precision steel pipe forming, the strip steel shall undergo leveling, trimming, edge planing, surface cleaning, transportation and pre bending.
4. The precision steel pipe adopts an electric contact pressure gauge to control the pressure of the oil cylinder of the conveyor for two times to ensure the smooth transmission of the strip steel.
5. External control or inner hole roll forming is adopted.
6. The weld gap control device is used to ensure that the weld gap meets the welding requirements, and the pipe diameter, unfitness and weld gap are strictly controlled.
7. Lincoln electric welding machine is used for internal welding and external welding to conduct single wire or double wire submerged arc welding, so as to obtain stable welding quality.
8. The welded seams are inspected by online continuous ultrasonic automatic flaw detector, which ensures 99% of the spiral weld nondestructive testing coverage. If there is a defect, it will automatically alarm and paint the mark, so the production workers can adjust the process parameters at any time to remove the defect in time.
9. The air plasma cutting machine is used to cut the steel pipe into single pieces.
10. After being cut into a single steel pipe, each batch of steel pipes shall be subject to a strict inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion status of the weld, the surface quality of the steel pipe and the non-destructive inspection to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is qualified before being officially put into production.
11. The part with continuous acoustic flaw detection mark on the cold wind shall be rechecked by manual ultrasonic and X-ray. If it is confirmed that there is a defect, after repair, it shall undergo NDT again to confirm that the defect has been removed.
12. The strip steel against the Korean cold wind and the T-shaped joint with the spiral weld rubber have all been subjected to X-ray inspection or radiographic inspection.
13. Each steel pipe is subject to hydrostatic test, and the pressure is sealed radially. The test pressure and time are strictly controlled by the steel pipe water pressure microcomputer detection device. Test parameters are automatically printed and recorded.
14. The pipe end is machined to accurately control the perpendicularity, bevel angle and blunt edge of the end face
