1. The allowable deviation of the wall thickness of square and rectangular pipe shall not exceed 10% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is less than 10 mm, and shall not exceed 8% of the wall thickness when the wall thickness is greater than 10 mm, except for the wall thickness of the corner and weld area.
2. The common conveying length of square pipe is 4000 mm - 12000 mm, of which 6000 mm and 12000 mm are the majority. Square and rectangular pipes are allowed to transport short and non fixed length products not less than 2000mm, and can also be delivered in the form of interface pipes. However, the interface pipes shall be cut off when the interface pipes are used. The weight of short and non fixed length products shall not exceed 5% of the total delivery, and the theoretical weight of square and rectangular pipes greater than 20kg/m shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery.
3. The bending of square and rectangular pipes shall not be greater than 2mm per meter, and the total bending shall not be greater than 0.2% of the total length.
